At Gleam SuperCare Auto, we strive to provide excellent service and a smooth experience for our customers. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.
1. Cancellations
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid any charges.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service charge.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount.
- Gleam SuperCare Auto-Initiated Cancellations:
- If we cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, staff availability), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule at no additional cost.
2. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring any fees.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee of RM50, subject to availability.
3. Refunds
- Eligible Refunds:
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to the cancellation fee.
- If you are dissatisfied with the service, refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 24 hours of the service.
- Non-Refundable Cases:
- No refunds will be issued for completed services unless a legitimate service issue is identified.
- Missed appointments due to customer delays or failure to provide vehicle access will not qualify for refunds.
- Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Force Majeure
In cases where appointments are canceled due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather), we will reschedule your service at no additional cost.
