This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to shippable products purchased from Gleam SuperCare Auto, which may be offered from time to time through our website, mobile app, or in-store for online orders. Please note that this policy does not apply to in-store physical car care services, which are delivered on-site at our detailing shop.
1. Scope of Shipping
- Shipping is available only for eligible products that are clearly marked as “shippable” on our platform.
- Physical car care services, such as detailing, polishing, or coating, are strictly provided in-store and cannot be shipped.
2. Shipping Availability
- We currently ship to all locations within Malaysia. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Shipping Rates and Methods
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days. Shipping fees vary based on product weight, size, and destination and will be calculated at checkout.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days. Additional charges apply and will also be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Processing
- Orders for shippable products placed before 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Delivery Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or restricted locations.
- Products such as chemicals or flammable items may be subject to additional restrictions or alternative shipping methods.
6. Damaged or Missing Products
- If your shipped products arrive damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the package, shipping label, and damaged product(s) for faster resolution.
7. Non-Delivery Due to Incorrect Information
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing the order.
- If a shipment is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer will bear the cost of re-delivery.
8. Refunds or Returns for Shipped Products
Refund or return requests for shipped products are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Please refer to that policy for detailed terms.
9. No Shipping for In-Store Services
Please note that this shipping policy is strictly limited to products purchased for delivery. In-store physical car care services such as detailing, polishing, or coating are provided exclusively at our shop and are not eligible for shipping or off-site delivery.
